Erica, a Portland-area native, has a strong background in the hospitality industry with particular focus on business and people management. Her enthusiasm for crafting special events and her genuine desire to give clients the best day of their lives is intrinsic in all she does. Her professionalism and expertise in the field come as second nature.

Teri was raised in Portland and has spent her life successfully building businesses, from the printing industry to real estate—and even to Lego castles with her grandchildren. Her entrepreneurial and creative talents are the driving force behind the transformation of The Old Schoolhouse, while her sense of style is evident in the interior design, china collection, and the beautiful grounds.
